Really nice room, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying here was 15 mins drive from the airport so perfect for an early flight, just be aware you will hear the planes at night.

We had a perfect stay at this family hotel! We arrived in the night, and they stayed up to welcome us. The room was really spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. They also offer an airport shuttle, which is very easy - within 10 minutes, you arrive at Noi Bai.

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only...

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.
