We loved our stay at Coral Homestay. Right on the beach and close to everything. The owner was super helpful and was accommodating when we had to rush to get off the island due to cancelled ferries back to the mainland. In our rush we left our camera behind and he put it on the next boat with someone to deliver it. Very kind and much appreciated.

The owner is very helpful, you can get a ride on the motorbike to or from the beaches for 20000. Very good contact on whats up. He arranged the boat ticket, met me when the boat arrived and he also drove me back to the harbour after my stay. He let me stay a little after the check out time until the boat time without additional payment. He speaks decent english. Is is a simple standard, not for luxury travellers but you have everything you need. The water in the shower was hot and good pressure. I don't think room cleaning is included while you stay. No bugs or mosquitoes.

If you don't want to bother booking everything by yourself, you can do basically everything through them, from the speedy boat to the meals to the snorkeling. They came to the harbor with an electric car and brought us to the Homestay.

It was a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend you to stay here. There was a storm coming & they texted me that I can stay a day longer because no boats will leave the island. Since I had a flight I could check out a day earlier & leave immediately. They didn't charge anything for the night I left earlier. I would love to come back one day & stay longer. The island is awesome!

We did not know what to expect when we would arrive Cham Island. When we found Mr Lau and his son they took us to their lovely homestay. Mrs Thu and Mr Lau prepared us a nice lunch and afterward we went snorkeling and a boat trip with their son Trung. After the boat trip we explored the island on a scooter and trung showed us the nicest spots. In the evening we cleaned and prepared the sea urchins we caught during our boat trip. The dinner was served at their roof top. In the morning we got a nice breakfast. The family took good care for our children and ourselves. Big recommendation if you like to stay in a simple homestay but with great hospitality!

The snorkeling here is mediocre.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
