Everything was perfect! The staff were very attentive and friendly, and also offered good help and suggestions. I was also there during my birthday and they gave me a cake on the house, which was also really delicious. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the view was really wonderful. The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. My wife and I stayed here for a night during our travels around Vietnam. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Julie even prepared a cake for us which was a wonderful surprise. The room was also decorated nicely too which was really lovely. The staff at reception were also very friendly and Lily made the check in process feel very easy. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.
