The hotel staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making our stay truly memorable. We've visited numerous hotels in Vietnam, but none have matched the exceptional care and assistance provided by this team. A special thanks to Autumn, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute ticket bookings, transportation, organize express laundry services due to our early departure. Despite the hotel not being brand new, it was impeccably clean and comfortable. We appreciated the quieter location, away from the bustling center, with fantastic non-touristy restaurants nearby.

This is the most luxurious hotel in Sapa, located in very city centre, which makes him very convenient. Staff is very professional, always helpful. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Reach breakfast with different options. SPA is also included in the price, but you need to book it at least 30 min in advance. If you are planning to go to Fansipan mountain, i highly recommend purchase tickets via hotel, it will gives you WOW passes, which allows you go with no queues to the funicular and cable car.

The location of this hotel was really nice, since it is nearby the lake. I could enjoy the river view in my room. Also, all staff were friendly and kind. My bus arrived Sapa in the early morning and the manager, Mr.Kim, helped me to check-in early. I highly recommend this hotel to travlers.

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at...

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at least an extra 2 days to see more. Sap was great for Fansipan the highest Mountain in Indochina, Cat Cat village, Moana Sapa and the culture. We had a herbal hot tub at one of the Spa places and it was a great experience, highly recommended as it is something you can't always do. We had the buffet lunch at Fansipan and we had dinner at the local night markets which was great. We caught the sleeper bus up and the sleeper train back down but the bus journey to the train station was a bit hectic. I think you can easily just use another sleeper bus to your next destination. Grab is so easy and cheap here.

Beautiful gentle people, lots of Hmong and ethnic culture. Would have liked to have taken the cable car to Fansipan but the weather was too cloudy. However, we took the train to the cable car station and spent 3 hours there. I have never seen such beautiful gardens with hydrangeas and roses and so many other flowers. There were fantastic village productions of the culture including dancing that should not be missed.

So much to do in sapa, really nice spot but would want good weather as it gets foggy and don’t see anything. Also bring warm clothes because you just never know and evening times are always colder. But overall a beautiful place to see

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan.

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan. We came in October and it was foggy the whole time. We did not see the view of the clouds because we were in the clouds I would say. It was still an amazing experience to reach the 'roof of Indochina' - twas mystical and spiritual for me. I was kind of emotional when the National Anthem of Vietnam was played during the flag raising at the summit. of all the restos we ate, we love Cozy Restaurant near our hotel. The flavors of the food were just right for us.

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

We loved our stay here, the rooms are really big and have a great view of the mountains. The decor all around the hotel is immaculate. The breakfast was great, loads of choice catering for all travellers. The price of food and drink is a little high compared to other places in Vietnam but the cost of the room was so cheap compared to the quality of the hotel we didn’t mind paying a bit more for drinks etc. The hotel is located up the hill outside of the main town centre which was nice as it is quieter around the hotel and feels more serene.

The hotel has seen better days - but as with all hotels in Vietnam, if you expect premium facilities you should also be willing to pay premium prices ;-) What makes this hotel exceptional good is the staff and the outstanding service provided by the reception. If you are a first time traveler to Vietnam and South East Asia , this hotel can be recommended. Ask the reception for any kind of tour, activity or further travel arrangements - and they will set you up with the best local providers without any extra commission or fees

We had a lovely 2 nights stay at the bamboo sapa hotel, and couldn’t fault a thing! The bedroom was very spacious and the bed is the biggest I’ve ever seen!! The location is good for Fanispan station and for many good restaurants. The staff are all lovely and very helpful especially Julie on the reception desk. It was lovely to hear more on Vietnam and their different cultures. Would highly reccommend.

We arrived early morning having got the overnight train so really appreciated the warm welcome and being able to get breakfast on arrival & an early check-in. Our room was great - spacious and much better facilities than we’d had at considerably more expensive hotels elsewhere in Vietnam. Tom Travel also really helpful in organising a day trek and return transport to Hanoi.
