The personnel was always ready to help, so nice of them. The location is very convenient, the hotel is close to the Old town and river but is located in a quiet district. We were offered free bicycles and visited local beach. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and comfy.

Got to avail the free bike rental and complimentary classes. Really liked the pottery class and got to take home a whistle souvenir. Breakfast was also from 6-10am and check out is til 12nn. Gym was also clean and well-equipped despite being small. Distance is 5 mins away from the historic center, and can ride a Grab directly to Hoi An Memories.

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Our stay at Merilly Hoi An was outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, making us feel relaxed throughout our stay. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel is in an excellent location — close enough to walk or bike to the Ancient Town, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, allowing us to rest perfectly after a long day exploring. The swimming pool area was excellent — clean, beautifully arranged and ideal for cooling off and relaxing during the day. The service truly stands out. Every member of the team was kind, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to Miss Dieu and Mr. Bean, who not only supported us with anything we needed but also recommended great restaurants and a wonderful spa, which became one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The free bicycles were fantastic and made exploring the city even easier. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional quality and service for a truly amazing value for money. Warm hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and location all exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and would happily return!
