Everything about our stay with Palafita Bungalow was outstanding. The moment we arrived, we felt like home. The owner cared so much about us and organized everything for us (Tours, transfers, restaurants, etc). The property has a lot to offer - pool, terrace, garden, sunbeds and the view to the rice fields is simply stunning. We would definitely recommend everybody to stay here. While we were waiting for our bus, the owner texted me that I forgot my ear phones. She immediately drove over for 10km to bring them back to me and she refused to take any money.

Location fantastic with a fantastic view overlooking the river. Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us with changing forward bookings with trains and in organising tours and transfers. Very friendly family and simple but tasty meals provided. Highly recommended.

The lady who owns the hotel goes above and beyond to help her guests and is very approachable. The room was very nice and had great air con and was quiet at night. The hotel is very clean and no wonder the owner is always cleaning. The pool is the best pool we stayed in Vietnam and the price was very good. We will definately use again if we stay in phong nha again.
