From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

It is a studio apartment. The room as spacious enough for both of us, complete with comfortable bed, fridge, two burner induction stove, hairdryer. They have room cleaning services everyday. Location was amazing. You can see almost the entire Sunset Town from level 16. You can watch the Kiss of the Sea show and the spectacular fireworks show from level 16 and enjoy the pool. The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

Everything was good. If you are looking for a quiet and comfy place to live at Pho Quoc it would be a nice choice. Service at this hotel was the best on the whole island. So I can highly recommend this place.

They have free shuttle service to and from the airport on scheduled timings. They have buggy service within the area too. It is a 20-minute ride away from the airport, and the location of the room was perfect as we enjoyed seeing the kissing bridge and fireworks every night. Minutes away from the Sun Paradise attractions. 30mins ride from the Phu Quoc night market. 50mins ride from the Vinpearl safari park. Loved the decoration in the common area and room, IG worth! Though there was a language barrier when communicating with the staff, they used Google translate to ensure they could assist us. I was travelling with my toddler and elderly mum. The staff were so accommodating and understanding regarding our check-in and out.

We are friend who first time traveling to Phu Quac We have check with many hotels there and we made a right decision to stay there. We booked deluxe seaview room. The hotel assigned us in super wonderful room with full amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hrs. Reception service. Which is safe for travelers. Special thank you to hotel manger who look after us and willing to shared the Phu Quac details. this was the best accommodation we had in vietnam throughout 3 weeks. everything was perfect - nice room, comfy beds, comfy bathroom, beautiful pool, close to 2 stunning beaches, restaurants and shops around but without any noise or people around. also you can get around the island easily by using the free phu quoc bus what has a stop a few minutes walking from the hotel. also the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The main town is fairly average, not particularly pretty.

The main town is fairly average, not particularly pretty. OK food options, big range but average quality and expensive (tourist / island) prices compared to HCM. Too many noisy doof-doof nightclubs along the beach ruin the chance for a relaxing sleep. Leave it for the backpacker revellers. Many accommodation options seem run down. Plenty of Russians around, this rarely improves the ambiance in my experience.

Phu Quoc completely won me over.

Phu Quoc completely won me over. It’s the perfect blend of calm beaches, local life, and beautiful nature. What I loved most was the slower, more peaceful rhythm - quiet villages, friendly people, and spots where you can still feel the island’s authentic charm. The beaches are stunning, the food is amazing, and getting around by bike or scooter makes exploring easy and fun. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, enjoy simple moments, and escape the crowds, Phu Quoc is an incredible choice. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful resort and beach at Gold Coast in North Coast. But completely different outside perimeter. Just have to shut your eyes to it. A lot of rubbish at side of rd . Local life is very different, to West. Very fresh vegetables and fruit. Beautiful helpful people. As 2 women we felt VERY safe . Cycled on roads as very flat. Was not going to come, very happy we came from mainland Vietnam, as beautiful. Loved the temperature and sunshine. All nationality of restaurants here and. Coffee shops. Love the salted coffee. Enjoyed eating at Noras Cafe and Le Place. Small Supermarkets are great for souvenirs and random things,, great prices. Lovely souvenir shop next to Tipsy Tacoo and Henna tattoo places. 👍 Easy to get Grabs, we had free electric bus to main St , which was great. Just found out today. Green bus is Free.

South got better island holiday vibes than the north.

South got better island holiday vibes than the north. North feel more cold artificial. Late November 2025. Only stayed north (radisson blue) and south (premier residences khem emerald beach) - did not visit the middle part of the island. Free show at 9pm at Grand World free entry in the north. Free kiss of the bridge complimentary by hotel in the south. Also did the cable car. Cool views. Both shows are ok. Grand world a bit more spectacular but no must. Wouldn’t pay full price for kiss of the bridge show - very bad story telling - robot aliens dog and dugong like for kids, fireworks after, which might be viewable from a location close by, were great though. Ate in resort in north. Great Chinese Fu Lu Kang in the south (traditional coming from Asian roots). Also ate at a seafood place outside beach hotel area 8/10. Used grab to go around no problem

The Town is great.

The Town is great. Upon exiting the airport, we got a very nice Taxi Driver who understood our requests and was also very accommodating. The price of our hotel was cheaper than Grab. We rented scooters to explore the Island and that was an experience on its own due to taking the wrong turn. The night life in the Town is good. Most Restaurants are good and acceptable to cheap prices can be seen on their menu. The weather was also good during our stay. We needed a good place to relax from a busy market experience in Ho Chi Minh. Another highlight was a trip to the Town where we experienced a water show and a fire works show which is free but you need to buy a drink or food from a restaurant if you want front seats. The same taxi Driver took us back to the Airport, which was also a good trip. We could not experience the entire Island but the experience was great.

We liked the location of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and private. The beach was stunning and a lovely place to relax. We ate at La Jardin on the beach, and the food was excellent. All the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend La Veranda
