Honestly such a cute stay!! The location was like.. right in front of that proposal bridge thing, so we got crazy good views of the fireworks at night 😍 Our room looked like a tiny Japnese house, and the balcony had flowers!! Sooo pretty I didn’t wanna leave. Staff were super nice, like genuinely kind and helped w everything. They even took pics for us. They had a buggy (like an elec car) to drive us anywhere in town for freee (yes free!!). Breakfast was yum – that cream puff thing? 10/10 would eat again 😂 Also got free cable car tix (valid after check-in day) and they actually reminded me in advance so I could plan better – love that. Will def come backkk if I go Phu Quoc again!!

I would especially like to mention how we were greeted after the road. Very friendly. Aline and all the staff are very pleasant and polite. The room is clean, with a great view of the sea. There's a pier. Nice beach. We highly recommend this hotel.

Love the location, love the bathtub, spacious room, comfy bed. Must book the room with sea view and see fireworks everyday. Near Kiss Bridge and Sunset Town night market (best night market among all 4 that I've been to). Breakfast has vegetarian options, nothing to complain about.

The island of Phu Quoc is incredible, especially the whole of Sunset town. Picture everything Italy has to offer and more. The town is a replica of the Amalfi coast, Venice, Milan and Rome. Amazing sights to see with daily activities. The kissing bridge is post card worthy for photos, with daily water skiing shows, puppet shows and a spectacular 3d water light show with the most amazing firworks display you will ever see. Nightly street food markets and a serenity that makes you feel your miles away from the hustle and bustle of Viatnam. The hotel Casepia is located at the prime end of sunset town and value for money is incredible. Highly recomend the ocean front suits with balcony. Cant speak highly enough of the staff and owners, a family owned and run business with a real.sense of pride for attention to detail. Accommodation included complimentary tickets for the cable cart, which holds the world record for longest cable cart, which takes you to an ajoining island and includes complimentary entry to the water them park attractions while there. Also included was complimentary access to the kissing bridge. On site restuarant was the right balance of western and oriental cuisine and breakfast included. Staff were thoughtful, kind and attentive to make sure our stay was as perfcet as could be. Scooter hire was arranged direcrly through the hotel and there is also a complimentary mini shuttle available. Cannot speak highly enough about the overall experience and service provided. A must do for anyones bucket list and we will DEFINITELY be returning in the future. Our sincere compliments to the owners for making our stay memorable. 10/10. Francesca and Elisseos

We stayed here for 9 nights and stay in 3 different areas of the island. As a reflection I felt this was too long. The island in the tourist destinations (east coast) were crowded and not as relaxing. The north was limited as far as food options and things to do. I don't recommend Vin World or anything up there. It looks unattractive and has a ghost town look. Trying to recreate a Disney amusement park look that just does look right on an island meant for relaxation and tranquility. The west coast was a lot more relaxing - however the limitations were things to do and places to eat. You needed to use the Grab or rent a motor bike. Also note any time you use a credit card to pay - they charge 3% on the bill. This can add up especially on hotels or meals out. Overall it is a nice island that is developing too quickly.

I really liked this island. I did not stay long enough.

I really liked this island. I did not stay long enough. Highly recommend staying, hiring a car or bike and touring the island. Fabulous people. Great coffee shops. Good shopping. Great beaches. North just as great as the south.

Easy to get around there are free VinBuses, also the Grab drivers are always available, safe and reliable transport, It has so many things to do on this island. The food is great, the markets are really fun.

The island is so beautiful!

The island is so beautiful! Thete are many unspoiled beaches and incredible places hete - just avoid the over-commercialized places like Sunset Town. Duong Dong is a good area - for cuisine, shopping and beaches. Pearls are cultivated locally and can be bought more cheaply in some markets. The Night Markets are such fun! Take taxis and tuktuk - cheap and cheerful.

The main town is fairly average, not particularly pretty.

The main town is fairly average, not particularly pretty. OK food options, big range but average quality and expensive (tourist / island) prices compared to HCM. Too many noisy doof-doof nightclubs along the beach ruin the chance for a relaxing sleep. Leave it for the backpacker revellers. Many accommodation options seem run down. Plenty of Russians around, this rarely improves the ambiance in my experience.

A shave, haircut, manicure, pedicure, and massage, all top quality at a great price, but a sad, moderate place in transition, the sun is good but hot by midday, too scary for an old biker like me to walk about at night

the pool is HUGE and very pretty the pool bar food & drinks are quite good (the pizza actually tastes like pizza with proper cheese!) they had the best breakfast of all of our hotel stays in Vietnam the rooms were lovely and the balcony view of the pool was great the location was good for the night market and exploring the island if you have a scooter the hotel is modern and shiny and the air conditioning works really well (just not in the hallways etc which was a bit frustrating)

Amazing private beach, beautiful pool and scenery around the resort, truly felt like staying on a tropical island. The staff were very friendly, helpful and breakfast was a good blend of Vietnamese and Western breakfast foods. Nothing beats a cold drink on the beach watching the sun go down!

Small hotel situated right on the beach. Rooms are comfortable but a little bit outdated. Beach is beautifull and sandy. Food is a tasty. Breakfast has a la carte options and buffet. May be the best hotel in this area of the island.
