From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, friendly, and respectful. The room was clean, tidy, and very relaxing. The location was also great — close to the airport and a convenience store were just steps away. A big plus: they offer free airport pick-up and return!

Very conveniently located and perfect for a place to rest/freshen up at before your next flight. The staff were really kind and agreed to let me check me in early morning. They helped me with pick-up and a drop-off to the airport as well.

Very convenient for the airport, about 5 min by taxi, I was lucky to get a very large room on the first floor, since there is no lift. I also had meals and drinks there, food is acceptable , cant complain considering the prices! They let me check in early, which was very helpful!

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

The hotel is near to the international airport but you need to take grab to go there as walking is like not safe on the busy street. Spacious room for 4pax a room. We arrived at 11pm but the staff still can give the best service like help us brought our luggage to the room. We only stay a night but definitely recommended.

Great location, delicious breakfast. And above all - the hotel staff were wonderful and hospitable. Felt comfortable and safe like home. The hotel has a free round trip airport shuttle which is very convenient. I will definitely come back here when I come to Hanoi.
