excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

The staff went beyond their duty to help us. Our plane was delayed and we landed at airport very late They still had two drivers collect us and staff were waiting to check us into our rooms. Drivers were also ready to return us to the airport at 6am.

The room was perfect for a single night stay before our early morning flight. The room had a massive bed and a large room. We stayed with our 1 year old son with no problems. The staff were amazing! They picked us up and dropped us off from the airport! We checked in late and left very early! They were amazing!

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

The owner contacted us personally at 11 pm when our flight landsd to make sure for the meeting point at the airport for airport transfer service. Chio hotel room was clean, comfortable,... It is close to the airport which is why most people choose hotels in this area. For us it was too far and not simple to walk to the airport but very easy to get a grab.
