Excellent staff. Nice comfortable stay. We booked one of the little huts with a balcony overlooking the pond (which is a better option than staying in the main building). Nice comfortable stay. Location was at the far end of Tac Coc after you drive through the main street. We liked the location as it was near the limestone karsts & ricefields and only 20-30 minutes walk into town or bikes for hire across the road. Lots to see in the area. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of delicious food to choose from & unlimited coffee.

We love the personal touch and the whole family/friendly vibe of the place. The food was simple, fresh and amazing - we highly recommend the Pho! We also had to leave very early and despite the restaurant not opening until 7am, they still prepared a home-cooked meal. It was an amazing experience of being taken care of by the hosts.

During our 2-months trip in the whole Vietnam (from south to the north), we have stayed in more than 15 hotels. However, this one was definitely the one that over exceeded our expectations! If you are looking for a wonderful and kind service, quite and peaceful surroundings, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful landscapes and a lot of places to visit around - then this hotel, in my personal opinion, is one of THE BEST hotels you will find in the whole Vietnam. The breakfast was really extensive and varied, also with a lot of fruit and drinks. You are kindly served during your breakfast. We had our room cleaned every day. The wireless internet speed is optic fiber with about 80/80 mbps. Very fast and really stable for daily meetings and remote work. The hotel is located in the middle of the tourist area, with a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby. Also a free bicycle rent is available in front of the hotel 24/7. Also an amazing pool is available behind the hotel, free of charge, so give it a try during dry and hot days in Tam Coc. And finally, I am definitely leaving 10 stars to this hotel because of a WONDERFUL service, especially the hotel manager named - Phuc. He really helped us finding all attractions around, and was always there to help. He also arranged us a limousine from the hotel to Hanoi. I will definitely come to this place again and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you for everything! 😊

The host Nga was extremely helpful from helping us to set our itinerary. It really felt like being at home as Nga and her family is so welcoming! And they are very flexible, we could use the shower and pool after finishing our hike despite we had already checked out. They can also drive you around Ninh Binh!

The location was amazing, set in between two mountains with a waterfall outside the rooms. Facilities were super clean and Tom was super helpful with our stay and helped us book a tour to see the local sights. Very tranquil and quiet stay just 5 minutes away from tam coc centre.

Almost new hotel, big room, new furniture, clean. Hotel owner is very helpful and very kind person.The hotel is not in the rocks but has bicycle and motorbike rent, you need transport to fo around any way. Near is cheap market where you can buy basic vegetables and fruits.

We traveled around Vietnam, changed several hotels and this is the best place where we stayed! New beautiful hotel, new clean rooms, with large comfortable beds, clean towels, bed linen, there were even robes! Hot water with good pressure. There is a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is prepared for each guest of his choice, very tasty. Free bicycles from the hotel. The hotel rented us motobikes and helped us buy bus tickets. Incredibly friendly staff. They met us before check-in and took us to the bus. After check-out, they allowed us to take bikes and take a shower, gave us tea. They told us in detail what was best to see. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, considering such a pleasant price for the room. There is a construction site not far from the hotel. This is the only minus. It did not bother us. And all the hotels also had construction sites nearby, this is normal for Vietnam We really wanted to stay longer, but other places were waiting for us. Thank you very much for such a pleasant time in your hotel, we really hope to come back.
