The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided helpful information about local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. (Kim: receptionist, Tung: receptionist and Sales: Jasmin). The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed. My experience at Legend Hanoi was wonderful. Hotel is in a fabulous location, we were close to the lake, shopping and great food. Reception were so helpful and kind and couldn’t do enough for us, it was a pleasure to see their smiling faces. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the room itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a lady named Mila. She made our stay very special — you can tell she really enjoys her job. The restaurant is beautiful and they respond quickly to requests. The reception area is lovely, the rooms are clean, and the stay was very comfortable.
