Perfect homestay in Mu Cang Chai. Ky was very helpful, even though it was not full rice season he took us trekking to the best rice terraces. His wife and family cooked delicious food for us. The view and sunset from the homestay is wonderful. My also helped us reach our next destination in Sapa.

One of our favourite place in Vietnam. Kind of place you do not want to leave. We did not meet the owner but Ms Si is wonderful, very kind and she makes her best to help you and provide everything you need. The salmon- sashimi-hotpot set for dinner was AMAZING!! And her help to organise our way back to Hanoi really appreciated. The place was extremely cosy, quiet and very clean. You do not want to miss it.

Hello. It was really wonderfull. From the start to the end. We were vey happy and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends from Belgium who will come to visit the North of Vietnam. We recommend to stay at least 3 nights to enjoy the hiking area and one of the best rice field of the North of Vietnam. The room, the amenities and most important the staff at the reception like Paul (very helpful in French who has always been available physically and by WhatsApp) and all the people at the bar/reception / restaurants / Spa . Stunning location high in the mountains on edge of rice paddies.... Lapatan Paradise is beautifully constructed with great attention to detail...designed by Nam our host. Nam and his wife Giang welcomed us warmly, picking us up by bike for the short ride to the homestay. Giang made delicious local food, and Nam guided us on foot and by scooter in the surrounding countryside. Our bungalow was charming, immaculately clean and very comfortable. We slept so well! 'Hidden gem' is such a cliche but Lapantan Paradise truly is one. We plan to return next year!
