The facilities were very clean and the service was impeccable. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room and had no complaints. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in Ha Noi!

The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria.
