- The team was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. - They assisted us in arranging a driver from a tricky location where our 4G didn’t work, which was really thoughtful. - When there was an issue with our original accommodation, they upgraded us and gave options to move or stay — we appreciated the flexibility and collaboration. - Excellent communication — they helped book another driver to go to Sapa, which is usually difficult to arrange. - Breakfasts were amazing, with lots of variety and options, including accommodations for a vegetarian friend. - Staff preparing the meals and managing the house were friendly, attentive, and constantly checking in on us. - The accommodation itself was very comfortable: heated beds, good showers, and all necessary amenities. - Stunning views and a beautiful location — the village was charming, full of cafes, and very picturesque. - Overall, a fantastic stay — the staff, comfort, and location made it memorable.

The bedroom was a good size and the mattress was comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water and was also separate from the toilet, which is a rare treat in this part of the world.

Amazing staff, the food was good. The location is very remote and peacful. And the view from there is stunning. I selpt in the dormitory and it was ok 👍 Internet connection is fine too. There is also cute dogs, they were a really good company during my stay.

it wasn't good...but the best!! my favorite homestay in North Vietnam by faaaar!! the host was wonderful and he gave us the best advices for the track of the dinosaur backbone. His family was super welcoming, they invite us for the dinner and they are very kind. I recommend 100%, the place is beautiful, the bed is very comfy, the Bathroom is clean and the animals are so cute!

Very hospitable and friendly family. Ms. Ngoc helped with everything I needed, from transport getting to the homestay, arranging a porter to climb Ta Xua peak, and having meals together with her family (at a cost). It was winter and they made sure that I was kept warm with a heater in the room and extra blankets. Scenic view of the small town from the balcony with beautiful room decor.
