We were drawn to the place because of the beautiful garden with a koi pond, which the owner have personally designed! We met the friendly owner who introduced the place to us and warmly welcomed us to the place with warm tea and fruits. The room is comfortable, with a beautiful view from both the room and the toilet. The food is also good!

The room had a fantastic view! I was sad we stayed there for 1 night only. It's spacious with a separate mini kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was a bit cold (February), but not an issue. We didn't use the kitchen. The AC worked perfectly well and heated the room at night. The mattress was very firm, probably too much :). But we slept very well The main thing I appreciated was the fresh clean bedlinen (white cotton, not a synthetic one as everywhere in Hanoi), and clean white towels, which looked new. And overall the room was clean as for Vietnam. Mr. Huy was very pleasant. He practically doesn't speak English but he tried to provide the best service. We used Google Translate at times and it was efficient. He also cooked noodles with eggs for breakfast (it's included, served at 7-9 am) The location is a bit far from Sa Pa but that's actually what we liked. It's in a quiet village surrounded by rice terraces. If you rent a bike, you'll enjoy fantastic scenery on your way to this apartment. I'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was very nice, humble people allowing you to eat and share their day to day. Very authentic. Food was very nice, local and interesting for us! We took an amazing herbal bath and they also have options for going around town to collect special herbs, however we didin’t stay long enough to go. Came back to Sapa walking and really enjoyed the way back, passing through small farming towns (family recommended us a route to better enjoy this way back). Would 100% recommend staying in this homestay.

The hotel is squeaky clean. The hotel staff are the best. Please nourish them. They tried their best to check us in on a Saturday early morning but we knew it was not possible. The lady at the reception is wonderful. Great behaviour and she even packed us a survival kit when we left. The breakfast and the coffee were basic but good. Overall a wonderful stay in Sapa. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff.

Staff, especially Chau, were super helpful and we spoke on WhatsApp in advance of my trip to plan activities like trekking. I appreciated that they were honest about when you did or did not need a guide. They answered my general questions about Sapa too. Room was huge and very clean and comfortable. Pool is quite small but has beautiful views! Very cold but worth it to enjoy the view.
