D Banlieue Homestay is honestly one of the cleanest and freshest places I’ve ever stayed at. Everything feels brand new – from the spotless capsule beds to the perfectly clean bathrooms and showers. The place smells amazing, which is such a rare thing when you’re traveling on a budget. The towels? First time I’ve had towels that actually smelled this good in any homestay. The outside area is also super well-lit and sparkling clean, making the whole atmosphere very welcoming. And the host? Such a kind and friendly person – always smiling and genuinely helpful with everything. For this price, you’re getting way more than expected. Staying here felt like a small luxury experience without the luxury price. I’d 100% recommend it to any traveler looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful place to stay.

What a great experience not just a homestay. The accommodation is a simple room and clean. The added value is being able to do a tour of the local traditional villages with the family member (thunnh) of the owners. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and her English was amazing, you would think she grew up in Australia as she was so easy to talk to and ask questions. We didn't have bikes so Thunnh and her brother took us to the villages on their bikes. It was a great day out and we finished the day visiting a local musician where we got to try out some instruments and hear him sing too. One night we walked to town for dinner which is about a 40 minute walk (you can catch a taxi), and the other night we had a family dinner with thunnh and her parents.

Truly I tell you. This was one of the most phenomenonal accommodations I have ever been able to Stay in. The service was absolutely impeccable. The vibe was off the hook. Visually outstanding and is a place full of peace and serenity. This accommodation is traditional, homely, natural and none the less beautiful. I highly recommend for traveling back packers and groups of friends. Grumpy old Europeans stay away because this vibe ain't for you. I would get married here.
