Location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Staff are incredible and always make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable about everything and are always willing to help. Alex especially went above and beyond to make sure we had the vest experience in Hanoi. He provided useful information and great food recommendations! It's definitely a must stay if visiting Hanoi.
