Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.

Really nice room, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying here was 15 mins drive from the airport so perfect for an early flight, just be aware you will hear the planes at night.

We had a perfect stay at this family hotel! We arrived in the night, and they stayed up to welcome us. The room was really spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. They also offer an airport shuttle, which is very easy - within 10 minutes, you arrive at Noi Bai.

My daughter had a terrible experience in Hanoi airport and as a result needed a hotel at 2a.m. I booked the hotel from Ireland and immediately received a message asking if there was anything we needed. I explained that my daughter was very distressed and would they ensure that she was checked in safely. They offered to collect her from the airport. On arrival my daughter said they the staff were just fabulous and very kind. They gave her some cold drinks going to her room and delivered fresh fruit the following day. Going above and beyond. I was so grateful as a parent so many miles away that my daughter was in good hands. I would hope to travel to Hanoi some time and look forward to staying in this hotel. Also incredible value for money. Thank you to all the incredible staff
