The stay was super comfortable. Clean rooms and brand new look. Don’t expect a big menu but whatever they are serving is top quality tasty food. We ate almost all our meals here. Its centrally located and a lot of good places and shops were at a walking distance. The staff was very courteous and sweet.

Absolutely amazing! It’s located in the old quarter in the center of Hanoi. The hotel is quiet and you can’t here all the bustle outside. The staff are just the very best! Such warm, engaging and attentive individuals. They go above and beyond to ensure all their guests feel right at home. Absolute superstars! The rooms are beautiful and look exactly like the pictures.
