I found an absolutely amazing place for a getaway! This hotel is so beautiful, peaceful, and authentic – it's a dream come true! The grounds are so well-kept, with so much greenery and flowers – it's a joy to walk around. And the food – that's a whole other story! Everything is so delicious, you could just lick your fingers! The juices are freshly squeezed, the real deal, not watered down. The local rice wine in the clay pot is simply magical. A photogenic infinity pool, a warm and clean lake. Cats on the premises. It's better to come for a few days. You feel right at home, only better! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace and true relaxation.

The rooms are great. The views are stunning. It is a long way from town though so not much to do other than take in the scenery. We ended up walking to the lake a 16km round journey.

The villages in the Mai Chau area have a lot of tourist home stays, but this facility is about 10mins walk from Mau Chau village and offers a point of difference. It is a beautiful resort in a quiet setting, with excellent staff, breakfast and dining room. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Great views in this small valley in the mornings and nice pool for a dip.

The lodge was big, pretty and super comfortable and clean, not mention the views. The staff is friendly and attentive. We did two activities inluding a cooking class, fun and informative. I highly recommend a queen massage or any spa treatment. Overall, Amazing!!!

I had a truly memorable stay at Cọ Retreat. The location is remote but incredibly peaceful – surrounded by mountains, forests, and overlooking the Da River. It's the perfect place to unplug and slow down. The bungalows are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully built with natural materials. I especially loved waking up to the sound of birds and watching the mist roll over the lake in the morning – absolutely magical! Staff were kind and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable. Hospitality was like nothing we have ever experienced. The family that runs this place are the nicest people ever. So generously and friendly. Beautiful secluded setting, very nice cabins, tranquillity. Everything was perfect.

We arrived as family of four with two bicycle and two children after dark and were immediately helped with all our luggage etc. In general, The personell was extremely helpful and nice to all of us. But exceptional was Mr. Xuan Long, who drove us around in the park and took care of us. He has an exceptional voice too and is a star singer. Thank you!!! The Meddom park was a new experience for us, the park is nicely set up with love in the detail. The room was small but had everything necessary. We felt comfortable and well remember our time in Meddom park and would like to come again. Thank you very much!
