Very cute place to stay over before doing the loop. Moreover, the hotel staff is very helpful when planning your trips. The hotel is a bunch of bungalows that are situated around a pond and the swimming pool. There are a few cats, little sausage dogs and two gooses that make your stay very lovely. The rooms are clean and have a good price-value.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The bungalows were 10/10 in every way. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They help you with any concern you have, either with respect to the lodge, or any other travel related issues. They have made my trip to the Ha Giang loop 10 times better. The only negative is that every other place you stay at will be garbage compared to Sky Bay.

Very very friedly people. The 2 Km out of town are really worth it. Now they even have a pool fed with constantly flowing fresh water from springs. Amazing! Cold beer for Shop prices. I returned from my loop to stay there a second time.

The location is beautiful, a peaceful spot a bit away from the busier town center. The family who runs the farmhouse is kind and caring. They helped me to book the Ha Giang loop which was also the most scenic experience I ever had. If you prefer nature, a slower pace and connecting with local people, I really recommend this place.

Everything was perfect for me. I stayed there the night before and after the motorbike tour. From the beginning, they were very kind and helpful. They got me the bus ticket to get to Ha Giang from Sa Pa, and I was dropped off right at the door. I was welcomed by Xue, the owner—one of the friendliest and kindest people I’ve met in Vietnam. We spent some time talking and getting to know each other, and she even invited me on a night out with her and her friend. I had such an amazing time and felt so welcomed! They also arranged the tour for me at a very good price (best experience ever!) and with the most amazing people. I booked a bed in the dorm. The room is huge and the bed very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and look new. It’s a quiet place, perfect for resting—don’t expect a party hostel. I could keep writing a long list of good things that happened to me there, but it’s better if you go and see for yourself. I hope to be back soon because I already miss you all. Thank you so much, you made me feel at home.
