Everything was just fantastic. The hotel facilities, activities and staff exceeded all our expectations. Spa and onsen are very well organized, clean and professional. We even did zip line. The food on site is of great quality and there is so many things to do in site, we wished we could have stayed longer !

The hotel is superbly located, the service of the people at reception was wonderful, they let us check in early by paying a little more for a superior room, which is much appreciated after a night bus trip. You can rent a bike to tour the city, and it is also relatively close to the citadel. There is a very good restaurant, Nook, in front.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kindly phoned the bus company I was using to travel onwards the next morning at 5am for confirmation. They also offered me and made up a breakfast box for my early morning travel. Enjoyed the breakfast I had in the hotel, bun bo Hue and delicious banana pancakes, and the fruit and juices. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for me (just on the edge of noisier places but an easy walk to the shops/restaurants/bars etc).
