Honestly such a cute stay!! The location was like.. right in front of that proposal bridge thing, so we got crazy good views of the fireworks at night 😍 Our room looked like a tiny Japnese house, and the balcony had flowers!! Sooo pretty I didn’t wanna leave. Staff were super nice, like genuinely kind and helped w everything. They even took pics for us. They had a buggy (like an elec car) to drive us anywhere in town for freee (yes free!!). Breakfast was yum – that cream puff thing? 10/10 would eat again 😂 Also got free cable car tix (valid after check-in day) and they actually reminded me in advance so I could plan better – love that. Will def come backkk if I go Phu Quoc again!!

The view of skyline and nightly fireworks is best seen from the sea view rooms. Comfy pillows even though they don't look fluffy but I had the best night's sleep in a long time in this hotel. No laundry service but no problem because they have a tenant providing laundry services at your cost and pretty cheap too 75,000 VND for 3kg of laundry. Many touristy areas near here including the departure station to Sun World, the Symphony of the Sea show, kiss bridge, eateries along Pearl street. If you don't feel like walking 1km, plenty of electric tuk-tuks and taxis waiting to fetch you.

Very thank to staff and manager who helps us and manage to deal all our requests, really very appreciate it. Very tasty breakfast, great coffee,we changed 3 hotels in Phu Quoc and here you could find best service and best meals.Room is very comfortable, you could find all you need. Very friendly and nice staff! Location is very nice.we received free tickets to cable car and aquatopia. Very thank you for it. For sure we would like to come here again.

Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

The hotel is situated on the beachfront, only a few steps away. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Clean and decent bedding, towels and curtains. The lady managing the hotel is very kind and friendly. Also the lady responsible for the cleaning is very sweet. The hotel is at khem beach resort, a very well maintained beach area. Certainly one of the best beaches I have ever been to. An island paradise! To add to the convenience, there is a free shuttle bus running between Khem Beach Resort and Sunset Town (cable car station to the water park & one of the best night markets). There is a street vendor across the road from the hotel selling delicious banh mi's, döner kebabs and hamburgers. And next to her is a lady selling delicious freshly made fruit juices, coffees and smoothies.

I had a wonderful stay at here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the great breakfast and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended.
