We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially the owner, were very friendly and helpful. There's even a WhatsApp hotline for questions about the apartment or the island. The apartments are new, modern, and very clean, including the towels and other amenities. Also you can see the daily fireworks from the apartments and the rooftop pool is beautiful. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice. When our original room was already booked, the staff upgraded us to a bigger one at no extra cost. They really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable!

It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. I enjoyed tge design so much. It was wonderful staying in that environment. Everything is very new and clean and very modern.The location is perfect 2 min to the beach and less than 5 to all the shows. Also free tickets to the cable car and water park. And free airport transfer!

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's sister restaurant, located few minutes away, where the culinary delights were a true feast for the senses. From delectable local dishes to amazing fresh seafood, every meal was exceptional.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect—close to the beach and within walking distance of small markets, eateries, and shops, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality of the hotel owner. Despite my early morning arrival, well before the official check-in time, I was warmly welcomed and even upgraded to a spacious, quiet, and scenic room. The room was equipped with all the amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, as my room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided regularly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, clean, and inviting. I truly appreciated the owner’s kindness and attention to detail, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
