The room was really clean and nice, the view was stunning and the overs of the place were nice and helpful family, they can speak a little English but they helped with everything using the mobile translation, they was waiting for until late and fixed some snacks and ice for our drinks when we come late at night.

We had a great stay, the owner Tom is really friendly and helpful, he arranged a transport for us from Hanoi and back and took us to beautiful places in the area. He speaks perfectly english and we learnt many interesting things about local people, their life and traditions. The whole place is beautifully decorated, breakfast and all other food was great. It was one of the most authentic places we visited in Vietnam with very kind people and stunning nature :)

An absolute must visit. The setting is magical right beside a flowing creek, fireflies light up the sky at night and you stay in lovely bamboo huts. Staff are friendly, cook amazing food and organised sightseeing all around Pu Luong for a great price. Cheaper than any tours. Being older travellers we rode on the back of the bikes for the first time. It was amazing. We could walk to 2 falls to swim and a walk up the mountain from the property. We got to make spring rolls too.

I can highly recommend staying at jungle king homestay. The location is good especially if you want to avoid the tourist center of Pu Luong. The family is very friendly. The father is an excellent guide if you want to explore nature. The mother is very attentive and spoils the guests with delicious dishes. The son makes the link between authenticity and current tourism with the necessary humor. Not an easy balancing exercise .I hope to come back to this homestay
