Everything was great. It was a valuable asset to have Mohamed and also Ali who spoke English fluently and could be very helpful. Thank you Mohamed for so kindly offered to drive us to the bus/taxi station. Breakfast was very good and the whole hotel was spot clean. We will recommend it.

It was a last minute decision to travel to Fergana, so I kind of randomly picked this hotel, and how lucky I was! Everything went very smooth, the room was amazing - bright, super spacious, with kettle and tea, really beautifully designed. The breakfast was plenty, delicious, and offered a huge variety of cold and hot bites, fruits, vegetables, fresh bakery and of course endless option of teas. But why I am entirely grateful was the super kind and helpful staff, especially Mohigul at the reception who not only arranged a driver for me to take me out of town, but negotiated a good price and stayed available during the whole day in case she had to translate something between the driver and me. This is what you would expect only in a 5 star hotel anywhere in the world, and I am so grateful to have stayed there. I will return to Uzbekistan, and also to Fergana for a longer stay and I will definitely come here again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Wonderful stay ! The room was clean, warm, it had a big bathroom with hot shower, we had a TV to watch netflix and prime video, a small fridge, and the breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice. The staff was another highlight of our stay, they were really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have the BEST STAY in Ferghana !
