All new and very clean. Comfortable. Walking distance to the city park. The front rooms face a busy avenue. The back rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was very good.

Wonderful stay ! The room was clean, warm, it had a big bathroom with hot shower, we had a TV to watch netflix and prime video, a small fridge, and the breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice. The staff was another highlight of our stay, they were really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have the BEST STAY in Ferghana !
