BRAND NEW hotel. Everything was new. Manager very young kid was very polite and helpful. Despite his age, he made our stay AMAZING. We loved that breakfast was brought to our room. Breakfast was really good and big. Staff really made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great host, friendly, and dropped us off to the station at an unearthly hour for free, without charge. That should count for all the stars one can give. From the inside, the apartment is spacious and well fitted. The kitchen was tricky to operate due to a malfunction with the cooker. The apartment block is next to a major motorway crossing, so busy with over excited drivers, speeding like there is no tomorrow. It was dry, dusty, and a construction site for the local University buildings. So once this is complete and the back roads are tarmacked, it will be better. There are no lights in the building common areas, although Uzbekistan is very safe.

This beautiful hotel is located near labi haus. 15 minutes walk to Main sight-seeing (Kalon & Ark etc..). Full facilities inside room (Electric Kettle, Hair dryer, Paper shoes, drinking water etc..). Breakfast is fantastic. Small hotel but provide a lot of varieties of food. Electric coffee machine. I like most : Fried Eggs and Chicken. Reception, mr.Azim, is wonderful. He is very helpful. Owner is also very kind. He has a good service mind. I really have a wonderful time stay there.

I recently stayed at Sarhad Hotel in Bukhara and had a very positive experience. This is a new hotel, managed directly by the owners, who clearly take pride in providing excellent service to their guests. The staff were attentive throughout our stay (there were 5 of us in two rooms) and always did their best to ensure comfort and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous and tasty selection to start the day. A particularly thoughtful gesture was on the day of our early departure for Khiva: the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for the train journey, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Sarhad Hotel combines modern comfort with genuine hospitality, making it a very good choice for anyone visiting Bukhara.
