Aside from the very comfortable room, great breakfast and overall cleanliness, this hotel has exceptional staff. Reception staff was amazing. After my arrival one guy (without glasses) and a lady helped me a lot with going to the gym and talking with them to arrange a daily pass. Furthermore the guy helped me with troubleshooting and calling Yandex and Beeline and he even loaned me cash since I didn't have any soms. Security guy took me to the bank the following day to exchange cash and dropped me back at the hotel. All in all very helpful and amazing staff.
