Great location, just steps away from the Registan. We arrived in a very early flight and were checked in without a problem and no extra cost. Complimentary airport taxi as well, waiting us on arrival. Great service from the personnel. Room was comfortable.

The staff particularly Behzod Norimov was superb friendly, kind and helpful. Even he help and guide us after departing from the hotel to another city Bukhara. because of his excellent service, we came back to Sangzor hotel before departing Samarkand.

This is a new hotel in a newly developed area. The hotel is built by a canal and surrendered by big parks. The room is modern and has smart features. The staff were always there to provide assistance. The breakfast was very nice and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Samarkand.

This hotel was truly one of the best I’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable—set inside a beautiful park where no cars are allowed, making it incredibly peaceful. My room was right next to the sidewalk, yet I didn’t hear a thing—noise isolation is excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I really mean exceptionally—they went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spotless and tastefully decorated, and that’s obvious as soon as you walk in. My room was perfect: immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away, and if you need a taxi, you can reach a pickup point within five minutes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.
