This hotel truly stands out for its exceptional level of service and attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised: out of more than a hundred hotels I’ve stayed in, this was the only one where the welcome card in the room was handwritten. I stayed at Sapiens for a couple of nights, and overall it’s a really stylish, modern place with a great vibe. The design is clean and minimalistic, the rooms are super tidy, and the staff at the reception are genuinely lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop bar is definitely one of the highlights — a cool spot to relax in the evening. But I do want to mention one negative experience. The security guy at the rooftop bar was really rude and impolite. The way he asked for the room card felt unnecessary and honestly didn’t match the hotel’s otherwise warm and friendly service. I would suggest assigning this check to the reception team instead — they already do such a great job and know how to handle guests politely. To be fair, when I mentioned the situation, the reception team immediately apologized and even reduced my fee, which I didn’t expect at all. It was a really kind gesture and shows how much they care about guests. Despite that one issue, I would still stay at Sapiens again — mainly because the hotel itself is lovely, the design is great, and the staff (except that one rooftop security guy) are fantastic.
