What a wonderful place. We loved everything about it - the location, the accommodation, the family, the food, the wildlife, the pets, the horses! It was spotlessly clean, with a really comfortable bed. Marina and Andres were so friendly and happy. We loved our walk around the Estancia - we saw lots of birds, a fox, and some armadillos! And the horseback riding was so relaxing in the afternoon sun with Andres and one of their daughters. Marina is a great cook - her homemade bread and sweet treats were delicious - as too was breakfast and the evening meals. I'm vegetarian, and it was nice to have fresh and tasty home cooked meals. There's plenty of space around the Estancia to relax, and there's a new pool that can be used. We'd highly recommend staying at this Estancia. It's a truly uncommercialised, authentic Uruguayan experience.
