The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautifully designed, and the room design is also very nice. The drinks at the rooftop bar are excellent. Breakfast was good.

The location was fantastic. In a safe and interesting area. We also has a lovely view of the Rambla and the River Plate. The gym was excellent alongside a lovely terrace with a hot tub. The restaurant bar was great to eat in or just relax with a drink. Staff were excellent and spoke good English.
