Every small issue was resolved immediately, and the entire team delivered an impeccable level of customer service. The hotel isn’t the cheapest option, but it’s absolutely worth every penny for the quality, location, and comfort. The location was fantastic. In a safe and interesting area. We also has a lovely view of the Rambla and the River Plate. The gym was excellent alongside a lovely terrace with a hot tub. The restaurant bar was great to eat in or just relax with a drink. Staff were excellent and spoke good English.
