We had an excellent stay. We’re a family of 5 with grown up children, and we were all really impressed. So much space! A problem with the keys was sorted out immediately by the host. I would have given it 10/10 but the shower could do with being more powerful. It’s well situated for transport into manhattan (the journey is about an hour) and has shops nearby, a great choice if hotels in Manhattan are out of your budget!

I loved everything about the hotel and the location! It is right at the subway trains, plus i loved the neighbourhood, so safe and clean and plenty great shops and eateries nearby! The hotel itself was awesome, the staff so very kind and the room so cosy and quiet. LOVED IT!

The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!

The Ludlow really exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent for exploring Manhattan on foot, our room was fantastic with a great view, the bar was cosy and a lovely place to crash after a long day and all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We didn't manage to use the gym but it looked great and well equipped.

The hotel was simply wonderful Excellent location and a staff that helps with everything. The hotel is not new, but provides a very pleasant atmosphere in contrast to the big chaos of New York. The 2nd floor where there is coffee, good fruit and snacks 24 hours is simply wonderful. I highly recommend it and thank you for the amazing staff.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
