The front desk lady was very accommodating. I was delayed at immigration as the system went off and Americans were cleared before other nationals. Hence I got to the shuttle station barely after 11pm. I got someone to call the hotel to request whether the shuttle would be coming but I was told they had closed. Booking.com did indicate that the operating hours were between 5am to 11pm so I did understand. However I had to pay 30 dollars for a taxi to the hotel whereas I chose it because it had a free shuttle service. Perhaps the hotel can consider operating the shuttle till 12 midnight as shuttle buses for other hotels were still arriving and picking up guests.

Best thing were the 2 young ladies at the front desk who greeted us on a rainy day when there was no electricity probably due to the weather. They were pleasant! made sure we could get in. explained what may happen, cleared up any confusion and were welcoming. When going out they were vigilant about making sure the doors would work for us (especially the one from Jamaica) sorry I did not get their names. The town seems to have every thing we needed.

The property was very dirty and nasty looking.
The property was very dirty and nasty looking. People hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed and prostitution going on. The carpet was very dirty. Roaches near the elevator area. Pool was nasty looking with a towel and sock left behind on the floor. The bathroom in the room was not clean. The front desk staff was very unprofessional.

No place decent to eat except fast food though the IHOP was clean and decent. Union City This is not known as a particularly Safe area but my only choice because I did find a place that accepted dogs.

Food delivery from local restaurants was terrible.
Food delivery from local restaurants was terrible. The local Pizza Hut was out of diet drinks or tea. Customer service was lacking. Another restaurant Pizza Wings delivered an order two hours late via Grubhub and was missing items. Worst place to eat is in union city apparently.

Horrible . Do not waste your time coming here.
Horrible . Do not waste your time coming here. When I got there the person from the don’t desk told me my reservation wasn’t there. So he made me call booking to solve the problem which lasted 2 hours . The same thing happened to another person that checked in . I ended up having to book another room and cancel my current one. There was also only one person working at the front desk which made it harder to check in. The second day, the key didn’t work. So me and my husband got locked out of the room along with two other people on the same floor. I never had an experience like this in another hotel . I guess I should of listened to the reviews before booking here .
Yes I would like to give a shout out to Denise W who checked me in. I was attempting to check in a day earlier than I had schedule to be in Atlanta, she was more than patience with me. She went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I would say this is the kind of staff you want to run into when you are 5 hours away from home. Five stars for Denise for helping me. *****. Thank you so much Denise.....Cathy P room 417.
I had a training at the convention near the airport. This location was perfect. I was less than 10 min away from the airport. There were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores close by. I was able to get around the city of Atlanta fairly quickly...all about 20-30 min on a weekend. We ended up in an accessible room. The bed was comfortable. There was decent cable channels. The price point was good but you get what you pay for.
This motel was horrible, no hot water, holes in the floor, mold on walls & ceiling, scary people milling about all night long. The police came to the hotel twice in the middle of the night and the fire dept. once. I left at 5 am because I was scared. There was no one to check out with and I've been trying to cancel the reservation since. Never again!!! Worse than motels I stayed in in Cuba and Guatemala on mission trips.
There was nothing I liked about the property it was terrible the staff was terrible and it was a one way and one way out pantry was locked and I was not given a key to access my room the hotel attendant told me that he would have to walk me up every time and open my door for me so he had a key but I did not have a key drugs everywhere roaches it was the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my whole life
The staff were nice, the Room was clean. The bed and pillows were OK. Our sheets were very uncomfortable as they were nobby and pilling from obvious use. We won't be back. I was surprised at the lack of quality bedding from a Wyndham hotel.
I loved everything about my stay. The morning receptionist was very nice and helpful. She had a wonderful and pleasant attitude. I would definitely make this the hotel I stay in from now on.
They need to upgrade the whole hotel it is a mess nothing works room is not clean at all nothing is in compliance with what I was thinking it would be👎👎
