Nice balcony, decent room size for a family of four. The free shuttle to Universal and metro station was very convenient. The heated pool seemed nice, yet we didn’t get to use it. It was a bit crowded in the evening. Nice idea to project movies at night, to watch from the pool!

This is the most inspiring place I have ever stayed at in the USA. There were so many things I liked that I can write and names I can take but I do not want to invade the private space of anyone so would refrain from mentioning names here but will say there were some stars at breakfast and it was just so nice to feel you are having breakfast along with some of the accomplished people in Hollywood. The location and the surroundings of the area are all amazing. The property itself is beautiful. Valet service is excellent. Just driving and walking around the place motivates you when you see all the success around you and there is so much to achieve in life! I would say if you want to have an inspiring and feel good stay with excellent staff support and service, this is your place. Thanks to the guys at the reception for giving me a free upgrade upon check in. Meant a lot to us. Fantastic stay 😍😍
