Excellent hotel the only issue was the night we checked in both my sons told the person good night and she ignored them that had my sons shaken up a bit but we talked it out . Other than that the hotel is boss we love it

This is a good hotel: quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast wasn't spectacular, but had plenty of choice and some hot food. Although some distance from many of Miami's key attractions, it is within walking distance of an attractive shopping area.

I have lived in South Miami before (best place to live for me!), and I am very happy there is a place I can stay in when I go back. The room is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, and it's provided with everything you may need (beach towel, umbrella, etc.). The laundry room is an extra very much appreciated. Self-check-in is easy, and the system used to lock/unlock doors is clever and safe. I had a great stay. Recommended!

It had all the amenities u could think of, all working properly. The shower was fine the befs with huge and comfy the sofa as well! The aircon was super easy to use. The balcony was great. Extra pillows and covers werw given there was so much storage space ans basically walk in closets. It was 10min walk to a train station to take you to the centre of miami. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Loved the way that noone could just get in the elevator and hit the up buttons without having an access key - the best thing ever.

It was so convenient to have hotel on the property. The shuttle taking us to and fro was great as I had my 82 year old sister with me. Beds in room was big and comfy.
