I always read hotel reviews. This hotel exceeded them! Friendly staff, very comfortable, fabulous breakfast choice, every where clean including the well kept gardens and the pool area. Staff obviously take pride in working here. Area was safe and quiet with easy access to shops, cinema n food all in walking distance. The hotel also offered free food n drink social meets 3 days a week. We will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Arizona! Thank you to all the staff who work here

Rooms are very spacious and clean. We used the sofa bed and didn't have any bedding or pillows in the room so we had to ask the staff, but that's ok. Breakfast was delicious and it's always appreciated when traveling.

Staff were all outstanding. Very friendly and helpful.bistro was excellent. We ate every meal there! Pool was very clean with lots of toys and surrounded with lovely gardens. Gym facilities were very good.

Was my second stay. Outstanding experience, we’ve seen a lot of 5 star places around the world. Kids said this is one of the very best ones, and this is “only 4 star”, but it has sooo much more. I do recommend staying in the suite with kitchen and washing Maschine. It does make a difference when travelling with kids and it gives you a bit more space as well. There are options connecting to another room instead of having a rollaway bed. For us, the suite with rollaway was enough to fit beds, 5 big suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage. Yes, it does look wild! Pool area super nice, very friendly service (Alex is amazing), front desk always friendly, professional and helpful. Concierge and parking always nice, friendly and super professional. Convenient store in house with incredible pricing for a hotel. Big big bottle of Fiji water 4 dollar, half bottle of champagne (Laurent Perrier) 40 Dollars - might sound strange, but if you compare prices around states and hotels, this is super fair!!!! In Walking distance to Old town, Fashion mall and many more.

We love Scottsdale! The location was great! I would suggest to rent a car and not just uber everywhere! The hiking is amazing, we have done Echo, cholla, and freedom trail! Restaurants we tried, the Henry, Ocean 44, Toca Madera, and Maestros!

This was our 3rd college reunion trip to Scottsdale because...

This was our 3rd college reunion trip to Scottsdale because it's centrally located for people to fly in from cities across the country. Scottsdale has amazing restaurants and so much shopping but we still found plenty of time to sit by the pool, relax and get massages.

really beautiful city and clean, my friends live here so i got to visit some places that regulars go to for food and it was really good and def to recommend.. one was Crust Italian restaurant and the other places i got to see where the Desert Botanical Garden and Loco Patron Brewery, def recommend and i hope to visit again and get to see more of the city :)

Getting around Scottsdale is easy.

Getting around Scottsdale is easy. Very beautiful landscaping, buildings, homes and landscaping made traveling interesting because of all the sites. We stayed at this location because we were traveling to the Salt River which was only 25 mins from where we stayed. We are from Prescott Valley so the stay here definitely made it much easier of a trip. There are plenty of shopping areas, food selections, and outdoor activities in this area.

You certainly need a car to travel around the area. We had previously visited some years earlier and really enjoyed it. We weren't disappointed this time either. The local people are very friendly and helpful as are the staff in the shops and restaurants we visited. There are certainly plenty of food options to suit all different tastes !

It is a beautiful city.

It is a beautiful city. I was surprised that people was actually nice and friendly to African American people and out of towners. I had the most expensive massage but the freaking best massage ever hands down at Thai massage on Main st in Old town Scottsdale.. Book with Ms. Gift.. she was fabulous, im coming back from California to see her.

This was the best stay during our road trip. Everything was perfect starting from lovely staff. We felt very welcomed by Magda in reception and excellent breakfast service as well. Our room was cosy but spacious not to mention cleanliness. The pool area was big and quiet. The hotel deserves a recommendation without a doubt.

Location was just perfect! Walking distance to almost everything in Scottsdale Old Town was right out the door. Apt was clean and perfect for two couples. Comfortable seating for TV watching. Hosts were great. Had wonderful dining at many restaurants...especially Flemings.
