Staff were phenomenal, from reception (there was one girl I wish I could remember her name but she was training in another person and she was SO HELPFUL!), to breakfast staff etc it was outstanding service and nothing was a problem. Facilities were 10/10 and everything was so clean. The cleaning of the room each day was also 10/10.

Excellent location and very homey cottages. Clean and private. The breakfast at Oscar's was outstanding!! Highly recommend going for dinner as well. Short drive to Zion National Park, and even though it was winter/off season a few shops and restaurants were open which was great.

The location is excellent. We can go hike in the morning coming back for lunch and then go again the afternoon. The pool was wonderful. The staffs are friendly. Love both the restaurant onsite and the Anu (by the same owner).

super cool and modern concept. nice rooms, free coffee, tea and water and plenty of space. All relatively new, modern and functionally designed. The check in via online questionnaire and whatsapp was super easy and is fit for the 21st century. The value for money is great!

Customer service was great. I think the lady who helped us was called Lee. But our booking had been cancelled without us knowing (we had no service at Zion to get the notification of the issue) but Lee helped us with so much kindness. It had been a very long day and the relief was huge. The location was incredible. Springfield was beautiful and the hotel was nestled in the heart of it. The drinks station was welcomed! A microwave. It had a laundry but it was hard to confirm this on the website. We would have loved to stay longer!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They offered some free snacks and beverages. The breakfast was also great, and the hotel was located right next to Zion National Park. It's a great place to stay for an affordable price (in winter, at least)!
