Very clean and cozy stay. Breakfast was sufficient for what I like to eat & served it's purpose. It was close to Ft Leonard Wood base & made it convenient for my son to come off base & spend time with us at the hotel. As well as, driving time was perfect getting him back on-time. Great place! The room was not clean. There was dust on the the window seals. The carpet had big stained spots in it. The air conditioning stopped working and we had to changed hotel to a different one in the middle of the night. However, the great experience we encounter was the front desk clerk. He was very understanding and accommodating to the situation. We got a refund and he assisted in contacting another hotel for a room in the middle of the night. The service and the respect from the worker was tremendous. It really made up for the lack there of in other areas. But I will never stay there again and suggested to anyone.
