Stunning hotel with lovely, comfortable bedrooms! Reception staff and our waitress at the rooftop bar were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink at the rooftop bar were excellent! Convenient location for us as our flight got cancelled and we were rebooked onto a flight for the following day so it was piece of mind knowing we didn’t have to hop in a taxi to get to the airport! It was literally on the airport doorstep! Pool on the rooftop was also gorgeous!

Gotta say, Angel, the front desk agent, turned this experience from another ordinary hotel stay to extraordinary. You walk in and he asks, "What brings you to Nashville?" Then he grins and pulls out a photocopy of a table with neatly handwritten categories of things to do. Four suggestions per category. Then come the follow-up questions: "What do you like to eat? What kinds of things do you light to do? How many days will you be here?" He then proposes an itinerary. You might respond with something like, "I didn't just drive halfway across the continent to do *that*." He'll then look you in the eyes and say, "Trust me." When he does, abandon all resistence. We did and had the day of our lives. We saved on money and had a great day of activities and culinary experiences. He provides options for every taste and preference. In the style of Lonely Planet, he puts an asterix next to the must-dos. Lonely Planet, take note, Angel provides a better guide to Nashville in fewer characters.
