This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in, without a doubt. Our family of three spent a pleasant three weeks here. Marco was very enthusiastic and gave us many useful reminders and travel suggestions. Before leaving, Marco made authentic hometown food, which was super delicious. 1. Safe. The landlord and we live separately in the front and back yards, and Marco has two cute dogs, so we don't have to worry about safety at all. And the front and back courtyards are separated, without disturbing each other or privacy issues. 2. Transportation. Marco will give a parking sign that can be hung on the car to park near the house. There is a subway and two large supermarkets within a ten minute walk, which is very convenient. It's very close to the airport, about a ten minute drive. It takes less than 20 minutes to drive to the beach and most scenic spots. 3. Facilities. All kitchen and bedroom appliances, coffee, tea, spices, napkins and disposable razors are complete, as well as electric rice cookers, which are totally beyond my expectations and just like my own home. 4. The room is very clean, and almost all the utensils are new.
