The location was not as pleasant as description led us to expect. Corridors long, dark and smelly. First room lavatory contained urine and paper. Bedcover rumpled. Everywhere dusty, grubby and malodorous. Offered a different room also dirty and dusty. Asked for full refund and found another hotel.

A Birthplace of Independence And a Public Art Mecca
The birthplace of American independence, Philadelphia was founded in 1682 by William Penn. The name of the city translates to City of Brotherly Love and the city itself is a vibrant mix of history, art and culture.
Philly, as it is commonly called, is famous for its public art with more sculptures and murals than any other city in USA. Seeing the best graffiti and statutes won’t break the bank balance as you can join many free tours and admire them absolutely free of charge!
It’s also home to many national historical sites with the Independence National History Park as a starting point and centre for all the major landmarks, including the Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence was signed and the Liberty Bell is located, the symbol of the American Revolution.
Visit the world’s largest urban landscaped park, the Fairmount Park with over 37 km² of green area. There are plenty of paths and hiking trails and after that, enjoy some local specialities: a cheesesteak sandwich, a soft pretzel or some Tastykake snacks.
Arriving at Philadelphia International Airport, you’re only a 20-minute ride from the city centre. Booking.com offers a variety of hotels in downtown Philly, near the airport or for the sports enthusiasts, near the Wells Fargo Center.
Philly is ok, we were lucky to have good weather. Very nice to know that it is considered a Sanctuary city, many people from different ethnicities around, from different countries and religions. Strangely, we did not feel the brotherly love among the people who live there. In general, they were quite indifferent to visitors, almost unfriendly. It is a walkable city, safe and fairly beautiful.

I’ve stayed there several times and each time I could have stayed longer. It was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend more cookware and larger cookware as in pots and pans. If possible every time I come to Philadelphia that’s where I would stay.
Thanks for the great experience and hospitality.😊😊😊😊

Our stay was far too brief- only overnight.
Our stay was far too brief- only overnight.
We did get to see the Bell and take in a tour of Independence Hall which is a DO NOT MISS experience. It was so uplifting to hear the history presented by a good presenter with a great sense of humor and patriotism in the most genuine way.
Buddakan restaurant was absolutely delicious and reservations are a must as well.
The people we encountered- both staff and regular citizens- were very friendly and helpful. Could not be nicer to us.
Barnes museum is an eccentric curiosity with probably the largest collection of Renoir canvases - ranging from sublime to godawful- on the planet. Nice sprinkling of other Impressionist era work and some other interesting objets.
We had hoped to hit the Reading Market and hear the Wanamaker organ and do the Rocky steps. Another time...

Love Philadelphia ❤️.
Love Philadelphia ❤️. We've been coming every year for 10 years from Seattle to see our daughter who moved here. There is always something new to do. The American history available to explore is fabulous. And an hour away is Amish country which is great fun and a completely different experience.

Our trip was to visit family who live in Northern Philly a lot of eclectic, pubs, and restaurants that are fun to visit, but definitely very “city“. people in the local pubs are very friendly almost a family like feel. our favorite spots were Druids pub in northern liberties and Starbolt restaurant on Front Street
I have stayed here before and the place is consistant. It is what one would expectfrom a hostle- lots of younger and foreign visitors. They have rooms that house from 4 to 16 in bunkbeds, offering limited privacy but the price for a bunk in the 4 person room is less than a third of what a downtown hotel charges. Location is perfect with restaurants and bars around the corner and in the historical section of the city with all the attractions within walking distance. Public transportation is near and inexpensive.
The hotel is very well located. In front of the histórical área. The room is good. Some room have a small kitchen but very completed. I want to thanks two special persons, whom work at the front desk: a woman called Naia (?), and a man called Ness (?). They helped us so much. Naia is a wonderful person. Very happy and helpful. If I visit Philadelphia again, I intend to stay at this place.
Good, economical (for an airport hotel) 4-night stay, with excellent access from and to airport every 20 mins (10-min journey). Spacious room, with good bathroom facilities. Good fitness room, and I wish that I had used the outdoor swimming pool! All staff were great. 20-min walk to SEPTA regional train service into Philadelphia city centre (20 min journey, once an hour).
The hotel is quite close to the main street in Philadelphia (market street), and has easy access to the train and other important places in the city. Dayana the girl at the reception is amazing and the guys in the restaurant where prettly friendly; the other girl in the reception and the boy with the suitcase a bit serious, I would even say rude.
This is a really great hotel, well located for an easy walk to downtown. The accommodation was spacious, stylish and very clean. The views were great. All the beds were comfortable and this is an excellent base for seeing Philly. I think it would also be a good place to stay if on a work visit.
We enjoyed visiting Philadelphia, and this was enhanced by spending a few days at Club Quarters. The hotel was very nicely presented and the staff were always helpful and courteous.
From water and tea in the lobby to the spacious rooms and facilities, we found the whole place very relaxing
I was there the weekend of 7/7 to 7/9 for a family reunion we hosted in your hotel. I had a suite and it was a really nice room. The staff were amazing! They were kind, friendly and most helpful. The hotel is in a great location for you to get out and walk and enjoy downtown Philly :)
Everything was nice about our stay in Philadelphia. 5 star for the historic location. Parking was very convenient and priced well considering the location. Could have been a bit cheaper for customers staying at the hotel.
This hotel is in a fantastic location, near all attractions. the comfiest bed and pillows. We were happily surprised that it had a washer and dryer in the studio too. Definitely recommend for your Philadelphia stay.
Everything!! Value, location, cleanliness, staff professionalism. We normally stay by the airport but this is our first time in center city. We plan on making this hotel a mainstay.
Good location for walking downtown historic sites,, friendly staff, old historic type rooms. Shower with whirl pool, price was right Had a continential breakfast. Restraunt at hotel.
The hotel location is great! It's at the heart of downtown so you can walk around most of the places. All public transportation is also located at close proximity.
The location of the hotel is good, in the center city, close to everything., The bed was very comfy, the shower was excellent and the staff was very pleasant.
