We had a wonderful time here with our family. The house is spacious, neat, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided – from fresh towels and bathroom essentials to a kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils and spices, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. A true highlight was the garden, beautifully landscaped with carefully curated plants, and the large pool. This place truly wrapped us in a sense of home and is highly recommendable – hence a well-deserved 10!

I was very disappointed because i only reserve two rooms and they charge my credit card for three roms I speak with the front desk girl and she tell me that iwas get a refund and a few days after the manager tell me that he don’t have a way to confirme tha situation and i had to pay for extra room I didn’t use. I will mever recomend you hotel.

The Venezuelan maid in charge of the floor stole from us. Unfortunately, we only realized it upon arriving at our destination. I filed a complaint with the hotel via email, but they didn't respond. If they didn't respond, it's because they are complicit.

Everything was pretty good; the worst part was the staff, who generally made you feel unwelcome. It's ideal for shopping at the mall a few blocks away. You absolutely need a car to get there because of its location.
