The room was a nice size. The toilet wouldn't stop running and the smoke detector beeping (due to needing to change the battery).
The breakfast was not good at ALL

The only thing that was nice and comfortable was the beds.
The only thing that was nice and comfortable was the beds. The rest was a nightmare! No hot breakfast, key cards did not work, charged for 5 people and only four came. The had plenty of rooms available because there were only four or five cars in the lot. Would have been a wiser choice to have changed our reservation rather than having 4 ladies out there telling what terrible customer service we were given. We were not cancelling, just changing the number of people. Sometimes we must find a way to accommodate a customer's wishes if at all possible rather than have the bad reviews out there. I was very disappointed in the manager at Comfort Inn & Suites at OFallon MO.

We were there to visit family in a nearby town.
We were there to visit family in a nearby town. Didn't really experience O'Fallon, but the nearby properties seemed fine and typical for a suburban retail and business district. We didn't visit any except the gas station. It appears to be a safe area.

We were there to watch our grandson to play with the OFallon...
We were there to watch our grandson to play with the OFallon Hoots. Also to look up family from some years ago. Had a great help with the civic center. We ate at Panara for Breakfast since you only had plastic wrapped muffins (ugh)

The roads are my biggest complaint,I hate the constant up and down of the hills and the 5 lanes of traffic(Im from a small town)The people are friendly and the city is pretty,we actually went to six flags in eureka about 30 minutes away

This was a clean and quiet property.
It's in a new part of town so it was easy to get to and there wasn't much going on in the area (perfect for a weary driver).
The breakfast was better than normal these days. Along with biscuits, gravy and sausage there were some "eggs". Often motels don't have much protein available at breakfast anymore.
The desk staff were young and interested in helping.

It was an amazing place, we were on the road and decided to stop for the night. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. Breakfast is very good.
