The whole facility was clean and presented well. The staff were very approachable. I came into town for an event and was setup with a room before normal check-in. There was an issue with my room and it was resolved before I even got back to the main desk.

The pool and workout gym was open and yet I thought it was...

The pool and workout gym was open and yet I thought it was closed. I did visit the gym, however there was a filthy mat hanging on the wall. The larger exercise ball was 50% deflated with no air pump to inflate it available. There were no 1 lb, 2 lb. and 3 lb. hand weights available.

We had an overnight stay whilst on a kayaking trip, so didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly. We appreciated the breakfast but it was very simple, more variety would have been nice but there may be covid limitations. Coffee was available in the lobby which was nice. The location was convenient. It met our needs very well.
