I want to thank the entire staff for their excellent work! Everyone is friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was truly superbly clean! We didn't see any dust or hair in the corners of the room. The bathroom was perfect! Simply bravo! The lobby has a truly cozy and welcoming design. In my experience, this hotel is the best! The atmosphere is calm and positive! The breakfasts are amazing! I haven't seen such a variety in any other 3-star hotel! Overall, my family was absolutely delighted! The only minor complaint is that the bathroom door is quite heavy and opens like a sliding door. It would be nice to have a handle attached to the door.

Renovating and improving hotel , clean ,comfortable and quiet ! Good choice of breakfast, Starbucks coffee 👍all was included in our price to stay!

This hotel is less than 10 minutes from downtown Woonsocket and 20 minutes from downtown Providence. It has an indoor pool and serves a hot breakfast every morning.

First check in - room key not coded. Room smelled of smoke. Tv remote had dead battery. Got battery buttons on remote didn’t work All items that were terrible

Location was off the main road so fairly quiet - we were away from the main part of the building where most of the guests were staying so had a very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and eager to help - changed the fridge in our room which wasn't working instead of moving us.
