This guest house is so lovely. Very clean and well maintained. There were snacks for guests, a first aid kit and even cotton buds. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm and you even get your own piece of garden.

This place is incredible. It's super clean and very well-equipped. It has two bedrooms with a double bed in each room. Each room also has a TV, closet, A/C, and all the amenities. It's stocked with bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a stove, a dining area, and even complimentary coffee and tea. It has a living room with a sofa, TV, and even games for you to have fun. The location is ideal, very close to all the most important things in Miami. It has a separate entrance, and the owner is truly friendly and cares about your well-being while respecting your privacy. We would especially like to thank him because we came to a conference the day before our departure and requested a late checkout. He offered it to us without any problems, and he did it completely free of charge. I highly recommend it and will return every time we come to this city.

This house has a great layout, we loved spending time together on an evening, adults chatting and the kids playing games all in the same space. Nice sized rooms and a great space to spend time with extended family. The outside space is also really nice, we had lazy mornings with a drink outside before going out to spend the day exploring.

Just a lovely stay. The room was incredible and the breakfast all though basic was very nice. the receptionist DSE was friendly helpful and just a delight (thank you DSE). I will definitely be coming back I can't say enough about how lovely the place is.

I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

Anything other than a hotel is questionable in terms of...

Anything other than a hotel is questionable in terms of safety. We stayed in what was defined as an “apartment” but it was a house sectioned off into different areas. No smoke detectors and locked doors between the sectioned off areas so only one way out. This was not what was described in the description on booking.com
